Default Bluetooth partial problem

Hi everybody,
I have problem using cell phone thru blue tooth on 2015 RX350. Receiving phone call: working good. Dial out OK, the receiver person on the other side hears me clearly but I can not hear anything from them (if they call me,everything work fine).
Please, help. Thanks.

You've checked the volume control on both your phone AND the vehicle's sound system? I believe they both have a role in the volume control.

Hi Andy.
I checked, no problem found. By the way when I make a call thru blue tooth, it responses that the other phone was not connected. sometimes when the connection was made, but the other phone voice was muted, even though the person on other phone can hear my voice clearly.
Thanks for your fast reply.

How are you dialing out? Are you sure your outbound calls are using the RX's bluetooth (possibly a problem if you dial out on the phone itself)? What phone do you have? I know the iPhone has a bluetooth button on the call screen that you can use to verify that you're connected and not using the phone itself. I'm sure Android and other devices offer something similar but I wouldn't be able to walk you through it off the top of my head.
