Have you ever done this before? Did you watch any of the many Youtube videos (for either the RX350 or ES350 or Toyota Highlander or Camry) that tell you how to do it? You have to also remove the bolt on the oil pan.

Yes X 2.
Once you watch the videos, you will "SEE" what is going on and needed to be done.
Make sure you use the right sized socket wrench so you don't damage the bolt. Also make sure to get the NEW REPLACEMENT correct Cooper crush washer (something like 10 to 25 cents each.....in lots of 12 or more.)
Also make sure to hand thread the oil drain bolt in first by hand then use the socket wrench to tighten to the correct torque spec with a torque wrench.
I don't even jack up my Rx450h during oil change anymore. It's high enough as it stands. But if you want more room, then either use a car ramp OR jack it up and use proper jack stands and choke at least one of the rear tires and activate the parking brake.
Lastly check for any leaks underneath with the engine running....... becareful of MOVING PARTS/FANS, AND ETC.
THEN check for oil level with the dipstick (make sure the vehicle is LEVEL).
