Default Hand controls

I have a 2012 RX 350. Can anyone advise me on purchasing or getting hand controls installed? I'm unable to use my right foot and it appears that it could be for a long stretch. I am slowly going crazy not being able to drive. Thanks.

When my right foot was messed up, I simply used my left foot to drive.
Luckily I had an auto at the time and didn't need both feet to operate the vehicle.
I suppose that's not a viable option since you're looking at hand controls.

Newsflash - RHD vehicles are not exact mirrors of LHD.
RHDs are exactly the same, except the driver is on the right side and the gear lever is operated by the left hand.
Pedals and stalks are identical in both cases. I know this because I have done plenty of RHD stick shift driving.

And I thought your post was in a jest.

Trivia: The typical H style gear shift on the floor also remains the same (it is not mirrored).

Now that I think about it, the turn signal stalk is mirrored and is on the driver side of the car.
It is surprisingly easy switching to driving a manual with the same H-pattern. Making right turns, on the other hand, not so much at first.

OK, here is professional advice for you.
DO NOT.
As in - DIY it. You have to have it installed by a certified professional, as this is considered vehicle modification and vehicle has to be certified. In case feces happen and Mr Policeman sees hand controls, eyebrows go up and after Hmmm he asks for vehicle certification.
Around here we have company called Advanced Mobility that does this type of work. Seattle Metro.
Even a simple steering wheel spinner is illegal without certificate.
