Default 2010 RX350 Accessory Outlet Question

I am going on a road trip and was wondering how much power the accessory outlet (Cigarette Lighter) could handle. I have a laptop that draws no more than 120W under full load and I am able to get power converter that can draw 120W continuously. I do have the stock two prong outlet on the back side of the center console but the laptop charger has three prongs rather than the two. So I am in a bit of a pickle here since I really don't want to damage any of the electrics in the car but I still would like to use my laptop. If anyone has any other ideas on a solution to this issue I would love to hear it. Thanks!

Everything is 12V which handles up to 10A including the Cigarette Lighter except for the one that's located on the outside of the middle console that is under the rear passenger vents. That one is 120VAC which handles under 100W. So your best bet would be to use the port on the outside of the middle console. The link below shows some diagrams of the location of the ports and power output.
