can any one explain the location of navigation system in 2013 RX 350? is it in boot space where i could not find it. I am in Dubai and wants to update the navigation to UAE spec. how its possible?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe for the 2013 the nav is built into the entertainment system itself.
The only option for updating is to take it to the dealer where they have the custom software needed to update the flash memory.

It's not easily possible - manufacturers do it to limit gray market imports.
You may want to find local experts that deal with these very cases.
