How do I remove the grill on my 2012 RX350.?

I'm sure it's the same as my 14, the front bumper has to be removed. mine had peeling paint on it and the dealer replaced it under warranty.

Grill diagram

I'm looking for a diagram to see how to remove the OEM grill I plan on replacing it with a mesh type grill. I will need to remove the emblem also it looks like just two plastic tabs but not sure.
