Question Headlamp washer cover

Headlamp washer cover - RX 350 - cover got ripped off in carwash. I can't tell if actuator is gone or is retracted inside. Has anyone ordered the part and replaced their own? I beginning to feel this might have been a very expensive car wash. This is my first lexus .. so all tips tricks would be appreciated.

Most common is that the nozzle and the flat exterior cover were lifted by the carwash and popped off.
Might check with your carwash "lost & found" for it before buying a replacement. Repair is easy, just
press it into the opening, be sure to orient it correctly with the sprayer to the rear and push till it seats.

Hi, i did check with car wash ... they found cover .. but it is cracked and it looks like something broke off - versus popped off. It doesn't seem to snap onto the car anymore. I can't tell if the acutuator is still there ... would it be retracted into the hole? How does the cover attach to the actuator?

Default Headlamp Washer cover

Hi,
Recently my headlamp washer cover on the driver side of my 2015 lexus was ripped off in car washer.
Based on the passenger side, it looks like there is a tube, then a piece that attaches to the tube and then the cover. Is this correct ... are there 3 pieces or if there just the cover and the actuator (meaning the actuator is what is attached to the tube). This piece is also missing from my car. All input on repair solutions and costs appreciated. This is a leased vehicle.

See if this helps you at all. Lots of small parts in the diagram!

The diagram really helps .... can I order each part individually. I need parts 1, 2, 3 and 9.

I would say build a cart on the website and see what it says. Typically you can order these items individually as typically you don't need the entire unit.

Hi did you successfully change the headlamp washer on your RX? I have similar issue with broken cover on my wife's RX. I have the part but looking for advice/instructions on changing it.

Thanks in advance!
