Winter Tires for the RX350 2010
Hello All,
This is my firts post. I have a 2010 RX350 ULTRA premium 2 ( not sure if it matters for tires) . Current Size on the car is 235 60 R19.
Im in the market for used tires and found a good deal . The tire size is 225 55 R17
will this be okay?
I have been told by people that the 19's i have is the upgraded version. usually RX come with 18's
Can someone guide this newbie !
Thanks Appreciate it

Welcome and first of all that standard 19 inch tire size is 235-55-19. So your 60 series is a bit bigger by 9/10 of an inch. Second, there is another thread here where someone else recently put 17 inch tires and RAV4 steel wheels on his RX, so look around and search first.

Finally, if you use this to compare the effects of the 2 tire sizes
https://tiresize.com/comparison/ You will see that that 17 inch tire size is way too small for the RX as it is only 26.7 inches in diameter. The 235-55-19 is 29.2 inches and your 235-60-19 is 30.1 inches.
