Default Leasing a 2015 rx, need advice

I just got back from the lexus in Princeton and was offered $505 a month for a lease on a 2015 rx craft line f sport with navigation package. 36 months lease with 12k miles anually. $2600 due at signing. Initially they contacted me and told me the monthly will be $439 but if I wanted 12k miles instead of 10 it would be an additional $18 which brings the total to $457. There is also tax of $48 tacked on every month which brings the total to $505.

Is this a good deal or should I just wait for the 2016 model?

I'm looking to make a decision today so any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks

Its a better deal than I got! I put 3k down plus first payment, 12k miles/yr, $499/month. Ours is fully loaded. Yours is probably too. With dealer added equipment MSRP came to $51,182. Sale price was I believe $43k. I was sad to find out that I dont have remote start or rear cross traffic alert, both of which were sort of important to me.

The 2016 is pretty different, you should decide which of the two you like more first rather than comparing price, just my opinion.

Just picked up the car. $505 a month. Not too bad. I definitely like the 16 RX but pricing has not been determined but will range from mid $600 to high 600 which is a deal breaker for me. I'll drive this for 2yrs or so and then trade it in for an 18 RX and hope for some good leasing deals.

I believe the sticker price was $54k and then went down to around 47k after all discounts. Hopefully I like the car

Well done. One of the best lease deal I have seen for a 54K MSRP and 12K/yr lease.
My lease 36m/10k is $500 drive off, $607 monthly for a $58,698 450h. Total payment $21,745
