It looks nice for the money and have a hard case as well as being very accurate. Not bad for the money. Sometimes the cheaper off brand products do not look like the advertised product on the Amazon page. You seem to have found a very accurate torque wrench that is very affordable.

Changed out what I guess was original pcv valve to the car which was still working but needed considerable vacuum to open, put a drop of blue loctite about halfway on threads of the new one;
