2013 RX350.

Using either remote to lock the car, the mirrors fold and all doors except the two front lock. Not getting the normal chirp. Any ideas?

That's pretty odd. ...likely time for a warranty service appointment. I'm no mechanic, and have not checked the diagrams, but perhaps a fuse for only the front door locks (assuming they are independent from the rear)? Do the front doors lock from say inside on the drivers side?

My 2010 has done the same thing 3 times now. Each time the door locks that were not working were replaced. Problem solved. The reason that you do not here a chirp is that the car is telling you that a door is not locked. Built in safety feature. If it happens again try manually locking the door. When I have done that they always stayed locked. A bit of a nuisance, however I knew they were locked until they were fixed. If it happens out of warranty try a local mechanic who may be able to lubricate it versus replace. Hope this helps..
