is there is a problem when changing only the rear brakes ?. does the VSC&TRC will work as it should when the rear BRAKES (shoes only) are new and the front are old !

No, you're good. The pads will have the same clearance relative to the disk throughout their entire life. It is pistons that slowly extend to compensate for wear.

Just for reference, shoes are located inside of a drum and pads are used in disk brake systems.
The rear disk also has a small drum in the middle for the parking brake, which does use shoes.
