I'm curious the longevity of all the LEDs in new cars. Heat kills them and I don't think swapping new LEDs in new cars is a easy . But what do I know
Perhaps the color temp may be throwing off my depth perception since I also wear corrective lenses. I'll do another check with contacts and see if my perception changes

When I bought my 2015 RX last January, HID headlights were on my must have list. I am very disappointed with them however. They have such a sharp cutoff that they don't illuminate far enough down the road. On a dark country road any speed above 35 to 40 mph and I'm overdriving the headlights. I asked the dealer to set them up a bit higher, but they said they're "within factory spec" and they won't / can't adjust them.

I'd ajust them myself, butI've heard it's not as simple as adjusting standard headlights, since the HIDs have automatic leveling. I read somewhere on this forum there is some type of adjustment at one side of the rear suspension.

My wife's 2014 Mustang has HID headlights and they illuminate much farther down the road. I may try to find an independent shop that knows how to adjust RX 350 HID headlights. Any suggestions or advice is welcome.
