Default 2010 RX350 strange wobble

Guys, I need some advise on this issue before I take it to a mechanic to look at.

Started about a week ago, I started to feel a little wobble when the car is moving at almost any speed. It's hard to describe but let me try...

The steering wheel is fine, steering wheel does not wobble left right nor does it feel shake/vibration, and the car goes straight even at high speed, does not pull to left nor right.

What I feel is like when I'm sitting on the drivers seat and the car is moving I feel like it's just slightly, very slowly wobble left and right, and it does that as long as the car is moving

It feels subtle, but the movement is there.

I thought its just bumpy ride but sometime the road is nicely paved but still I feel this wobble while sitting in the drivers seat.

When I ask my passengers they dont seem to think theres no movement, but as a driver I can feel it.

I know this wasnt there before, because the ride was smooth as butter before this.

Any idea what may be the cause? or if I'm not being very clear, ask me questions so I can try to describe it better.

Thank you all.

also, no sound from underbody of car nor anywhere. no sound while turning steering wheel or in motion, etc.

only sound i hear, and its not too loud, is when i release brake pedal to move forward after stopping the car at the light or stop sign, sometimes i hear a clank sound from the front part of the car as the pedal is released.

not sure if this is related to the slight wobble.

Start with the basics.
76 ft/lbs. wheel lug torque, balance & tire pressure. I've seen tires go out of balance from wear or physically throwing a weight. Glued onto the inside of the rim for the RX.
Broken belt in a tire will show up at time of balance check.
Wheel alignment can, at times, cause issues without telescoping via the steering to the wheel.
A sticky brake caliper can go un-noticed until it starts to heat up.You would likely notice this with a pull to one side.
Next: move on to drive shafts & a thorough visual of the underside.

Could also be an alignment issue where the wheels are not tracking straight, worth checking. Even more basic, is your drivers seat firmly bolted?

Make sure all the lug nuts are tight as already mentioned above.

Agree with SteveCraig in starting with the basics like the tire/wheel balancing, and tire condition (i.e. any visible flat spots). Use a garage with Hunter Road Force balancer for best balancing results.

What's your mileage? If it's relatively high, could also be one or more of the ball joints may be worn requiring replacement.

Default 2010 RX350 wobbles

Same problem with mine. Came on pretty sudden. After checking all the moving parts, mechanic says its the tires. Tires don't show alignment problems (ridges). Mechanic says it looks like tires were overinflated and wore more tread in the center, so the tires could be wobbling from side to side without making contact in the center. Had the tires checked with a road force balancer, no evidence of problems. I checked the manufacture date on the DOT on the tires. Only 4 years old and 31K miles. I like "oohpapi44" idea about the seat bolts (kind of like "is you computer plugged in?" when I get a call to fix it). Unfortunately, my wife feels the wobble even more when in the passenger seat than she does when driving. I replaced one tire that visually seemed out of round, but no measurable improvement. Tried rotating tires, wife said she's starting to notice a low hum at high speeds. Again, sounds like a tire issue to me. Wobble mostly happens at speeds under 40mph, so again its pointing to the tires, although roads are rougher in areas that require that speed than they are on California freeways. I'm thinking about replacing the rest of the tires. At least I'll get something for my money and eliminate one source. Once I get into suspension issues, the money is going to start flying out of my wallet pretty fast.
