I do not know if there is a question here so I am going to guess that you want to know why no remote start on a fully loaded RX. If you go to Lexus "Build Your Own" site and bring up the RX AWD you will see they have a "Packages tab" and an "Accessories tab". A RX with the highest "Package" (fully loaded) clocks out at $50,790 (list). If you go to the "Accessories" tab you will see the accessories available for it (remote start being one) and the prices for each. Remote start will add $499 or $799 (list) depending on which you choose. Most accessories can be added at the dealer (remote start being one), some can not (HUD and glass breakage sensor I would guess). Fully loaded at $51,000 I would guess would be highest package and maybe cargo net ($59), all weather mats ($105) and wheel locks ($81) or some combination of popular accessories they sell a lot of. $51,035 total list price. A "truly fully loaded" RX with highest package and all accessories you could get would be $54,915 but would more than likely have to be ordered.

Kitlz posted a link on the 450h forum where remote starts are discussed:
