I know this has been asked for different reason mostly for aesthetics, but I am wondering is it possible to keep the mirror lamps on while the car is reverse? As I would assume it was help in street side parking? I read that maybe switching the lights to LEDS might help. Is this true?

 

not that i know of. I switched out my lights to leds and as soon as i shift from park to any gear the lights turn off or if i press the lock button inside the car.

 

I had the same thought. I'm assuming you're talking about the puddle lams beneath the outside mirrors.

I'd like them to turn on when in Reverse or when the Side-View Monitor is turned on. It would really help light up the dark side of the car for seeing the curb during parallel parking.
