trailer hitch
our new (to us) 2011 RX-350 came with the factory trailer towing package, sans the actual trailer hitch frame. . now where do the forum members recommend we look for the actual trailer hitch? thanks in advance for any suggestions... I look forward to reading/learning more about the 350 which is so much more technological than our old 300...

thanks folks for the info and the links. I will be ordering a Curt hitch ASAP. Will post results, but it seems from everyone else's experience that it will be the proverbial "no brainer".

Did my Curt by myself. Instructions are straight forward. Just a bit awkward laying on your back and maneuvering around the tail pipe. Better if two are doing it. Remember where all the tray fasteners go.

This really helped me find the hitch I was looking for.

Is there any difference in hitches that I should be looking at? I just picked up my new RX and am looking to add a hitch. It would only be used for bikes & one of those 'baskets' you can add to carry additional stuff, like bags of mulch, etc. I've reviewed what I could find on this website, doesn't seem to make a diff unless I plan on really towing.

I just noticed you signed up the right way to be an approved vendor. Thank you.

Dealer wants $1000.00............................ I did it for $146.10 with free shipping.

Yeah two people come in handy when maneuvering around the tail pipe................... other than that its pretty much a one man job.
