I have the same issue with one of my rear lights, What I have seen it is an integral part of the bumper so the bumper might need to be replaced. Anyone know where I could just get the lense?

I just found a bunch on eBay although most are from China and don't look exactly the same but maybe that is because part of it is inside the bumper as you install it from inside the bumper. I searched 2010 Lexus RX350 rear bumper lens.

I am surprised that local body shops cannot get that lens without the bumper. They have access to every body part and great databases. Try another body shop.

Call local junkyards to find 2010-2015 RXs with rear bumpers you can take the lense from.

Have you tried one of the online OEM Lexus parts dealers where you enter your VIN to find the exact parts?
