Huh? Not sure what you're asking.

You noticed a scratch on the loaner, or on your RX350? Of course the dealer should fix it, right?

The dealer should have filled out a body damage report before they took your vehicle. At my dealer it is done right in front of you while you watch. If they did not and bring the damage to your attention, they will have a hard time not taking responsibility.

This. My dealer always walks through the entire vehicle with me and have me initial before taking the vehicle. If they did not do that when taking in your RX, most likely they will not fix it. Is there a dent? How deep is the scratch? Can it be buffed out?

My dealer also fills out a condition report as soon as you get out of the vehicle. They also take photos of the vehicle that they can reference if an issue comes up. They keep the photos for 5 days and then delete.

If your SA doesn't want to fix it, speak to the service director / manager. If that gets you nowhere go to the GM.

IMO if the scratch is only on the surface, you may want to try and take it out yourself. I have seen dealers make a mess out of paint trying to remove minor scratches. Yeah they remove the scratch but leave buffer trails all over the panel they worked on.
