2013 RX350 Radio settings

2013 RX350 Radio settings
I just picked up my 2013 RX 350 today, the salesman explained the radio in a brief demo. I have no idea what he was talking about and no idea on how to set the stations. To be honest I dont think he knew what he was doing either. Is there a simple way to set the stations and go from AM to FM or XM without going through brain surgery ? Thanks for any advice.
