There aren’t any recalls, the issues you’re experiencing are specific to your vehicle. Lexus are very reliable but if there was an accident who knows what was damaged and or what type of half *** repairs were made. My suggestion would be to find a quality auto electrician but be prepared troubleshooting is very time consuming.
