Is yours an AWD? Which part of the country are you located?
So I'm still stuck in the process of deciding on replacements (plus sensors -- ours have lasted 14 years!) for our Mich Latitude Tour HPs on '10 RX AWD. Definitely need them this year as they are near the wear-bars. Will be purchasing at local Costco (don't get me started on the independent tire shops around here). The Defender 2 has also now arrived at the top of my list. Son just recently bought a set for his '11 CRV and quite likes them ..'smooth, like riding on glass"!
However, they are just "H" speed rated, but they are still high load.
Not much data on Winter usage though.

I live in Virginia and we generally have mild winters. Our Lexus is FWD. you may want to consider Michelin’s Cross Trex if snow figured into your decision making process. Good tire, but not the best in my mind for my situation. It was recommended but I decided to go with the Defender 2 as it fit my usage profile better. I put my first set if Michelins on 30 years ago and I will never go back. They are consistently better than anything else I’ve tried. Our OEM TPMS lasted 10 years. You might consider replacing yours if they’re over six years old. Good luck with your hunt. FYI, I’m a Discount Tire fan. Best service and guarantee in the business. You have 30 days to swap out you tires if you don’t like them for another brand. Michelin also offers 60 on their tires.

AWD RX handles crappy roads ok, but of course is useless if the tires can't stop the inertial mass. I wonder if being a lighter FWD car makes much of a difference in tire selection??
Yes, I know the TPMS sensors are due for replacement. And they will be when new tires are installed

The Latitudes have been acceptable tires for the first 30k of their lives -- fabulous on dry pavement, not bad on wet. But they became somewhat noisy, and never were any good on any hint of ice.
My main decision this time around is between getting them again or the D2s. The D2s are newer tech and critical reviewers rate them considerably higher than the older tech Latitudes across the A/S features spectrum.
But then again the D2s are "H" rated BB and of lighter weight than the "V" rated AA Latitudes.
However, Michelin will allow one speed rating lower on these tires for this vehicle. So I guess they're confident of the D2s' safety limitations.
Update:
Replaced the Latitudes with Defender2. Interestingly, over these last couple weeks the front Lats began peeling and chunks of tread disappeared! I began to wonder if the tires would even make it to the install appointment.
Anyway, the D2s are way better than the Lats. Smoother and quieter. Too early to say how they will perform in the odd snowfall or ice patch coming up.
Even though the car tracks well, still getting the steering aligned later in the week.
Tpms sensors were also replaced due to aging (14 years on the originals!). The new Dill 7007HP Redi-sensors went in ez pz -- the car took them right away.
Update redux:
Had an alignment done.
Even with hitting lotsa potholes in our district roads over this last year, there was no apparent suspension damage or major issues.
The only 'issue' the shop found was that PS camber was out by just 1 degree (compared to the DS).
They performed a 'gotcha clause' and installed a (pricey) AM cam-bolt to correct that amount of difference -- yep, got hosed

Also, after riding on the D2's for a couple weeks, the feel is definitely more harsh than with the previous Lats (even when they were new). I can feel more road now.
Of course some of that will have to do with the so-called Sport suspension that came with the vehicle -- it's just that the D2's seem to accentuate any rough road annoyance.
Update redux 2: the D2s are also noisier too on old road surface (blacktop) that's been chip sealed (exposed aggregate).
I'm wondering if lowering the psi a tad may help out..

Celebrating Lexus & Toyota from Around the Globe
Otherwise, maybe look to a dedicated winter tire like Blizzak.
That type would be your most dependable bet.
Then switch to something less aggressive for the Summer.
Consumer Reports or Tire Rack may also help you in your decision.
He says the Salun's are what he calls "tier 4" and he suggests I get "tier 2." Yet to get prices.
The car apparently came with Michelin and I think when I replaced the tired on my 2010 ES 350 eight months ago we went with Micheline Defender 2, which I'm thinking of asking him for a quote for this set of two tires. But, again, it seems "cheap" and "superb" won't blend well.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
I personally would go for new set of Michelin brand tires on all four corners; however if your budget is not ready for better brand name tires then go for new cheaper "matching" tires.

Not a lot of distance on them yet, but I am finding that even though they track and stop well, they are bit noisier and somewhat harsher riding than the OEM Latitude Tour HP 101V that they replaced.
This is most noticeable on road cracks/seams and exposed aggregate (chip seal) highway pavement.
We'll see what Winter also brings.
In order to recommend these tires for this vehicle Michelin beefed up the tire to XL and higher load rating of 105H -- therefore much stiffer sidewalls along with its lower speed rating.
CC2 were also part of my selection decision. But they too are high load rated along with way more aggressive tread (which isn't as useful to us here).
As well, so much new data reports noise issues and hits to fuel consumption with the CC2's.
Fuel consumption numbers have remained the same with these D2's.
Hope that info helps in your decision.
