Did you check out and search the sticky tire thread at the top.
My buddy just put a set of the Bridgestone Ecopia tires on his 2010 Volvo V60 wagon, which takes the same size 18 inch tire. He loves them and thinks they ride much better and are quieter than the Michelins he had before.

I've replaced the original Dunlop tires on my 2013 RX350 with Pirelli Scorpion Verde A/S Plus tires a few days ago. There is a noticeable difference in ride and handling (Pirelli is better). The ride is smooth and quiet. I've had Pirelli tires on a Subaru Forester several years ago and was happy with them, so I decided to go with what I knew.

Out-the-Door price at Walmart was $844.00 which included life-time balancing, road hazard warrantee, and taxes.

Tire Rack has them ranked 4th out of 20th. We have them on our 2010 RX350h and like them. We have 25,000 miles on them with a 65,000 mile warranty.

Default Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Plus

Got these...1200 cdn all in. Went to Lexus for the alignment.

Saw the review on tire rack as the best all season even though I have Blizzaks for my snows. Got these for rain and early season trips through the mountains. Didn't want to get caught out with summer tires.

First Impressions: more road noise than the OEM Michelin Lattiude, which had an ok tread wear, but were not great in snow.

Great in heavy rain. No hydroplaning.

Firmer ride...starting to feel a bit like my old X3...but not quite. I do miss the BMW ride.

So far happy as I've have these on my X3 and they were great (I had Hak's for my winters on the bimmer)

2013 RX350 F Sport.....with a rack coming in the mail for the ski box!

Lifetime balancing, rotations, and Road Hazard included

1. Is this a fair deal
2. Is this tire working well for others?

Its a 65,000 mile tire allegedly

I had Michelin Latitude on the RX that they wanted $400.00 more for

Please let me know thanks Dorothy

Bought the Bridgestone TDueler H/L 422 Ecopia 19" Tires. Ended up getting at Firestone. Including road hazard & lifetime balance/rotations the 4 were $691.00 out the door.

Just got back from a 1,200 mile trip and have to say they seemed smoother & quieter than the original Latitudes I had, I also spent about $425 less for the 4 tires, than COSTCO wanted for Latitudes.

Thanks for the suggestions here. Dorothy

I've decided to put Michelin Latitude Tours on my '13. I've put these on two other vehicles and liked them a lot. But now M has introduced the Premier LTX. Are those simply the new name for the Latitude Tours? If no, are they better or lower quality? (They're actually cheaper which is why I'm confused.)

Getting reviews is almost impossible because they are so new. One person in this forum had buyers remorse and wished they had gotten the Latitudes instead of the Premiers...

We had the Michelin Latitude Tour HP tires on 18 inch rims installed about 8K miles ago. We went on our vacation and covered over 2300 miles of interstate and 2-lane roads. Overall ride and low road noise was very good. The worst surfaces were the newer concrete roads that were grooved. Varying amounts of tire whine and very loud. The best were the newer "blacktop" resurfaced roads. When on the blacktop roads our RX was very quiet and rode great. I studied this thread before I bought the Michelin Latitude tires and felt it was overall a good tire for the RX. We have been very pleased with ride and low noise of the Michelins. I don't know what tire would cover all road surfaces we drove on to be quiet and smooth ride all the time. For 95% of the roads we drive daily/weekly the Michelins have been great. Thanks to everyone that has posted to this thread to at least hear what is out there for tires.

Got some Pirelli scorpion a/s plus after 50k miles on Yokohama parada spec x. (90k miles on odo). Debated on going with Yokos again since they had served us well, but I like the longer warranty and the great reviews of the pirellis. $60 Visa card from Pirelli was also nice. 200 miles on the pirellis including some dirt roads and I'm happy.

Sorry if this question was asked before, but the thread is too long for me to search:

Do our rxh need speed V rating? I checked the door sticker and couldn't find the info, the car came with 101v tires, I'm wondering if I could install a set of H tires.

For those running Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Tyres, could you please advise on this ...

I've ordered four tyres from my UK supplier for my RX450h.
Current tyres fitted are the Dunlops size 235/55 R19 101V

I have ordered the closest Pirelli Verde size to that:
235/55 R19 P 105V XL TL

I understand that the 105V is the load the tyre can take so is no issue.

My tyre supplier has just called me because as they were preparing to despatch the tyres to me they noticed that the description on the sidewall is:

235/55 R19 105V XL LR

They say that this means Pirelli recommend this tyre for a Landrover and that it may not be suitable for a RX450h.

Is anyone running Pirelli Verde tyres with this marking (LR) on the sidewall?
What are peoples thoughts on this. I'm assuming the tyres will be fine, but would appreciate Verde users opinion/input. Thanks.

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knows if 255-50-19 tires will fit my 2015 rx350.

Thanks

Yes I have 255/50/19 tires on my vehicle and their design wheel width is 7 to 9 inches. So they should work and the diameter is almost the same as stock so no real speedometer error.

But I got wider, 8 inch wheels as compared to the 7.5 inch width factory wheels. See post 373 on this link to page 25 of this thread for my post and photos. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...thread-25.html

Kingy68, I checked my Scorpion Verdes and couldn't find any LR on the sidewall. Receipt doesn't show anything beyond XL. When I went into Tire Rack, 235/55 R19 105V XL comes up for a 2013 RX450h. For the fun of it, I did another search for a 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport SE. See the results here. The same exact tire came up, no LR.

Hmmm. I was hoping someone would be running the Verde with 'LR' in the description. I'm 100% sure the tyre will be ok to use, but just wonder if running a tyre with LR on the sidewall (so OE for LR) could potentially cause any issues with my insurer or Lexus warranty despite it being the corrrect tyre spec.

Thanks for looking Klitz. Much appreciated.

Yes the LR is Landrover. 'Verde' is available as OE for LR, BMW, Porche and Audi - but you specifically order them for those vehicles.
The company I ordered from (Camskill) sold the tyre as a 'generic' 4x4 tyre that suits the Lexus/ the 19" tyre size.
It was as they despatched the tyre they noticed the 'LR' and say it is Pirelli sending them out incorrectly as they should not have 'LR' in the description.
Checking further 'MyTyres' where you input your car reg. give the Verde as a suitable tyre - with the 'LR' in the description too.
