350 and 450h leather seats
At least 4 people who rode in both of my RXes told me that the RX450h seats are much nicer and "cushion-er" than the ones in my RX350. The bottom of the seat are "thicker" and more supportive.
Does anyone feel the same? Thought?

Specs should be the same. Test drove both. Personal answer to your query is "no". Seats are seats no matter where the factory is located (Japan/Canada) since they are sourcing identical specs. Maybe, and just spit balling here, the lumbar or other adjustments are different in the cars. Even ever so slightly will make a difference to a person sitting in that seat.

i'm still betting that they're the same banana.
whether it's the 350 or the 450.

It's probably because your 450h has the semi-analine(phonetic) leather seats. These may not be available on the
350, except for maybe on the Luxury package. I remember sitting in these seats in a 450 at the auto show almost two years ago, and you could tell a difference in the softness.

I seem to recall semi-aniline leather having been offered as an option but can't find confirmation of that at the moment.

I believe if one has the heated and ventilated seats or comfort package the leather is perforated. Non-perforated leather is available with Premium package as a prerequisite. (At least that's how truecar.com allows you to option out a custom build. Lexus corporate of course puts packages together based on their perceived market.)

"puts packages together based on their perceived market" That is why I had to order both of my RX and if I get another one down the road will order that one also. Nothing like driving a car that was built for YOU and not the dealer specs or Lexus corporate
