I have owned my new 2011 RX-350 for 3 weeks now. I noticed that whenever I click the "Lexus Insider" icon within the nav, I don't get any messages or news bulletins from Lexus eventhough this feature has been activated in the setup menu. Does anyone else get anything when they click on "Lexus Insider"?

 

Lexus Insider doesn't come out very often, maybe every few months. The last time I received one was two weeks ago. I usually skip it because I have somewhere to go. The notice comes up automatically.

Jim, in your defense, I believe it's part of Lexus Enform. I continued the subscription after the one free year. Sadly you do not have it along with Safety Connect because you took delivery on one of the first 450hs that didn't come equipped with these features. Guess you'll have to get a new 450h.

 

trust me, you are not missing much. the last one was about teaching you how to use memory seats...

We know a lot more than those articles anyways

 

I just found out I can take it back because mine was built prior to Inform. So ....

Now this is a case of 'Didn't happen' as Inform wasn't available the 1st half of 2010 production, so ... It's like I never had the sundae with whipped cream. Or maybe I know how to put it back

This feature is useless - why even bother I have owned my RX since March besides the articles that were on it when I got it I have received one article in 6 months and that one was lame to boot. What the Heck?!
