Where or how could I find the part number for it?

I checked around and couldn't find any numbers or stickers

 

It should say it on the receipt that the dealer gave you.

 

I bought my car with full size spare , I haven't change a thing , I would be fine to send you my VIN if you would like to check for the part number .

This is for the black version, not sure what the park number is for other colors. But I am sure it's a variant of this part number.

 

Can you take better photos of the spare tire? I wanted to get an understanding of the round black spacer in the center of the wheel & see it's function.
