It should say it on the receipt that the dealer gave you.

Here is the part number for anyone who is looking to add a full sized spare in the trunk:

58410-48110-C0

This is for the black version, not sure what the park number is for other colors. But I am sure it's a variant of this part number.

Its to use the tire as storage space
