i checked the Lexus site and looks like Lexus have made more changes to packages/contents. packages are little more confusing with similar names that subtracts HID and rain sensing wipers. considering the cost of the vehicle, Lexus should make HID, and rain sensing wipers all standard. both of these are all standard on $26k KIA Optima SX.
The new Kia Optima has rain-sensing wipers?? I knew you could get the Optima with HID lights, but I don't remember seeing anything about rain-sensing wipers.
Back to the discussion regarding the Comfort Package on the Third gen RX, I'm wondering if I have the only 2010 RX350 in the U.S. that has the premium package and the comfort package without the Nav. I do have the Adaptive forward HID's(Luv 'em!), the 12-speaker sound system and the rain-sensing wipers(This was a must for me, as I loved them on my '07 RX). The only thing I got short-changed on was the rear view camera(not even in the mirror, as I have the auto hi-beams) and the rear parking assist. I also didn't get to pick any of the colors I was interested in. Ended up getting the same color as my '07 RX.
That is why I always order my cars. It is the only way I can get what I want or need. The only thing it cost you is time and you should not make a car buy a one day deal were you go out find one and get it before you known all the options that you could get on one. And never trust the car salesman word check to make sure what he tells you is a true fact or just a way to get you to get the car that day.
