Does 2013 Lexus Rx350 with Luxury package come with HID?
I am looking to purchase pre-owned 2013 rx350 and I was wondering if HID are included with the Luxury Package? Is it true that luxury package includes other packages like the navigation and comfort packages ? In other words, was it required to purchase the Navigation and Comfort packages in order to purchase the Luxury package?

Welcome to CL, shodoc. The HIDs are part of the comfort package according to the 2013 brochure. But sometimes options and packages are based on geography so you might find different configurations. Good luck with your search.

@ kitlz &Zmon-- thanks, glad to be part of this forum
I found the various packages listed on Motortrend website and lists luxury package as:
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Luxury Pkg - LD
INCLUDES: [PD] Premium Pkg PD; Headlamp Washers; Premium Pkg; Illuminated Front Scuff Plates; Extended Dual Front Seat Cushions; Semi-Aniline Leather Surfaced Seats; Leather-Wrapped & Wood Heated Steering Wheel; [FT] Triple Split 5-Spoke Alloy Wheels; [PM] Premium Pkg PM
REQUIRES: [CP] Comfort Pkg -AND- [NV] Hard Drive-Based Voice-Activated Navigation System
NOT AVAILABLE WITH: [HL] HID Adaptive Headlamps
__________________________________________________________________________________________
-when it says requires CP and NV -- does that mean that these packages had to be purchased in order to select the Luxury package?
-also the last line states 'not available with HID adaptive headlamps' -- that was confusing, so HID is not a option for Luxury package?

shodoc, not always though it is common. Again, some options are more popular in certain regions so Lexus builds them that way. Just like you have to look further north to find more AWD RXs. I can recall three 'packages' in my area when I 'built' the 3RX on the Lexus website. The most expensive one included the rear entertainment system but it wasn't exactly loaded. And less frequently, there are the special orders where someone picked their packages and options. I did that with my '10 450h and, funny enough, had the dealer deduct the price of HIDs from the comfort package. I went with the LED headlights instead

Ok thanks for the reply, the main options I want are Navigation package and HID (Comfort package) with Luxury Package. Also Do you know of any online sites where I can get window stickers by entering the VIN so I can confirm the optional packages?

If it's purchased from a Lexus dealer, they should be able to pull the installed options and what not. You can also call up corporate and give them the VIN number and they should be able to to tell you the installed options/port installed stuff if they aren't willing to give you the window sticker. Luxury package should be easy enough to spot once you get one though (seat extender, and the superchrome rims). Nav package should be self explanatory, you'll have a map button on the remote.
