Look at post #61. It's still there.

Sorry to revive a old thread but those lights look amazing!
I'm planning to do the same to our Rx350 that we just purchased.

Just got my interior lights from ijdmtoy. They aren't so bright at least to me. I think i'll return them and pre-order lights from vleds.

Hate bringing up old threads but any chance someone can update the links? I'm on vleds page and there are so many choices I'm at lost. Want something white not really blue. But not sure

greeknasty, if you're looking for white, stick with 5000K. Even 6000K is fine. VLEDS has new bulb designs and changed their site since this thread was started so updating the links is not really possible. What bulbs are you looking for?

Start with Shop Bulbs in the upper left to select the size and then color. It's much easier that way. For the interior (front dome (1), rear dome (1), front doors (2), rear doors (2), footwell (2) and vanity lights(2)), I'd suggest these 5000K bulbs. The price is for a pair. You'll need five. I bought an extra just in case. For the puddle lamps you could go with the flank bulbs. The three cargo lights were festoon and a strange size from what I recall. Can't pull up the old order to check. But I don't think they have one that fits. You might want to remove them to measure first. Instructions on how to do that are in here. BTW, I also have reverse lights from VLEDS. I'd highly recommend getting them too.

Hope that helps.

The bulbs I bought four years ago are different. I'll have to remove one and check in the morning to see how many LEDs are on it. Whether you need the light on one side or all sides I'd say is just as important if not more. The first bulb I listed above works fine for most of the interior lights except cargo. I also have to make a correction on the front dome. Going through pictures I realized I purchased slightly longer bulbs for the front dome with 10 LEDS on the side and three LEDs on the end. Reason being they point downward versus sideways for the rest. And you'll need two, not one. Sorry. VLEDS has a bulb with 4 LEDs on the end. It might work with how recessed the socket is. Or you could try the 6K high power 360. Rear dome can use the bulb I listed before. So that makes six pairs. Now the puddle lamps are better with flank style since you only need downward light. You could try others but that's what most of us used. All the VLEDS bulbs give off a nice white light but it's not blinding once you get used to it. In four years I might have my second bulb failure. My thinking is it's the cold temps since it works sometimes. But then again the rest are fine. I don't know.

I better add a few disclaimers. There might be some slight changes over the years. Please make sure you pop some of the covers to check bulb size and types before ordering. From my experience, sometimes websites and owner manuals do not list all information (Sylvania) or are wrong (Lexus). Finally, I'm trying to give you some suggestions. Definitely look around because there may be better options.

Wow... Very nice. The first thing that caught me when I sat in the RX was the yellow lights. I've had VLEDs before for fogs and love them. Does anyone know how the dome light VLEDs compared to the 4GS's stock dome light? Maybe a better question is are the bulbs the same for RX and GS? I really like the white and softness of the GS dome lights. I'm afraid VLEDs may be too bright inside. Thanks.

bnklexus, VLEDs interior bulbs are bright. I think mine are 5K. But I have the black interior so it works for me.
