Default RX350 Interior Colors??

I was thinking of getting the RX350 2010 in Starfire Pearl with Parchment Leather trim interiors. I love the whole beige with dark wood interior, but I gotta admit, I am a little worried about maintaining it.
So, just wanted to know, any inputs from folks with the RX350 Parchment Leather trim interior? Have you had any major issues with maintaining it?

I don't have direct experience with this combination - I was going to go with it, but the salesman "suggested" that the Parchment interior would show stains, etc., and that Black would be the better choice. I'm happy I took his advice.

I've had parchment leather interiors in the past and yes, the leather will require more cleaning in order to looks its best. It will show stains from dirt more readily, as well, colour from dark jeans may also show. It is really beautiful when clean, but more work to keep that way.

I wear jeans every day so even though I love the parchment, it is nearly impossible for me to get it

This is the first vehicle that I have ever owned that has had a light interior (I have parchment) and quite frankly I don't find it any more difficult to keep clean than the black, charcoal, or gray interiors that I have had. I wear jeans almost daily, but I wear the lighter stonewashed jeans and have had no staining problems in over a year of ownership.

I have the Parchment w/ Starfire Pearl and I love it. I also have the semi-aniline leather which is just terrific, it feels so good. No problems keeping it clean and it is supposedly a little more difficult to clean since there is no 'coating' on the leather.

I wear jeans a lot and once and a while I do get some blue marks on the leather but, they come right off. The key is a good quality cleaner.

I live in AZ so no way would I get a dark interior. It would cook.

It is harder to keep clean, but if you know a good auto detailing shop, you should be fine.

My dealer offered permaplate leather protector, does anyone know if it's worth it? I've only had my car for 2 days but no jean marks so far.

Supposedly the new 2011 have a new coating on the leather to prevent the jean marks. I wanted it on my 2010 when I ready about it as alas it is my 3rd RX in the light color.

Parchment was out as I have two kids. Black was the color I went with in order to avoid headaches.

I had parchment (or similar) in my '08 Acadia and the jean marks drove me crazy. You clean it and a couple days later the marks are back. No thanks.
