You can find the similar LED bulbs on ebay, no need to order those from Japan.
Just give you an idea of what type of bulbs you should buy to get a better output.
If you choose the wrong type, a LED bulb will looks dimmer than a filament bulb.

The only LED bulbs I want to order from Japan is the dome bulbs (not shown above).
Luxer1 has made ones that are vehicle specific to the 2010 RX.
They are custom cut Led boards to fit into the RX350 dome light housings.

I ordered LEDs from v-leds.com for my Camry changeover.Want to do the change on that car first and see how we like it.Not going anywhere as bright as those 16 and 24 LED flat boards.That's way over the top in brightness for me.
I know the wife will love the vanity mirror LED change.

My RX puddles are done with the 4 LED bulb and look great.The parking lights are LED and match the HID very nicely.

 

I'm trying to pop open the rear passenger dome light but it won't open. The clear portion looks like it can pop open but I stuck the little screw driver in there and ending up scratching the plastic piece holding the unit in place. Ugggh...did anyone pop it open? I'm trying to replace the rear with a panel of leds. The front pops open easily.

 

Yes, you can pop the plastic piece, but that's not a clean way, you will need to remove the entire unit. Using a removal tool and pop the entire unit out from the back side. You can try it with a screwdriver, but it will leave marks.

The price is not friendly, msrp is around $180 at today's exchange rate.

where are the clips for the rear. I really don't want to damage it anymore..popping off the clear piece does no help because you can't get to the bulb like mentioned above.
