The ones I bought, following fog light discussion were H11 LED Fog 3W+ Powerful Light Bulbs White HID Lexus RX350 2010. One came broken inside package and seller replaced it, and I just got them installed and looks great. I did notice my Lexus did not come with HID's, so looking at a replacing these. What I have left is mirror lights, cargo lights, 29MM fentoon, thanks to all for feedback and then I should be good for some time.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the "welcome" lamp? It can't be that difficult, but I don't want to chance damage. Thanks.

Welcome to CL, gerber. I believe you're referring to the puddle lamps on the side view mirrors. Take a look at post #59 and #61 in this thread. It's pretty easy to do. The only thing I'd add is grab a towel to rest the mirror on.
