Haven't heard any recent comments on the bumper problem of coming loose under the headlight, either left or right side.
Mine does come a little loose, about 1/4 inch after driving each time, but I can push it back in.
Left (drivers) side only.

 

Some ppl did say their dealers have the new ways to screw the bumper tightly to the body. I'm wondering if Lexus has the official fixes to this problem.
