2010 RX350 face lift kit advice needed
Good day guys , so I'm a noob here . Have been member of the forum for several years , but finally got myself a Lex that's worth modifying imo 2010 RX350 AWD . Previously was driving 2005 ES330 - my trusty daily driver that just got replaced with super low 14K mileage 2010 RX350 . I would like to give her a facelift and swap front and rear bumpers and lights to 2020+ F-Sport style ones . I see quite a few of these upgrade kits for sale on Alibaba and AliExpress , but I'm not sure which one to pick . I searched the forum and saw that some folks had some fitment issues like the parts not mating right , gaps , extra brackets needed , etc and some issues with the headlights displaying annoying messages on the dash . Maybe it was the case with the early kits and now quality improved ? If someone has a first hand experience and has done the facelift any info would be greatly appreciated .

It's Chinese knockoff crap of course it's not going to fit properly or last like the OE parts. The 13-15 F-Sport stuff is probably the closet one can get to face-lifting the car with perfect fitment

Stick to only third gen options and be very careful with Chinese stuff. See the below threads that will help answer your questions. It will also cost more than you anticipate.
Do the maintenance first. Check the date on the tires because with the low mileage I bet they are older than 8 years and need replacement.
Do you have HID headlights (they appear to move up etc when you turn them on) or halogen headlights? It makes a difference. IF HID then new bulbs will be much brighter as they fade over time. Stick to HID bulbs, they take D4S bulbs. That is what the housing is designed for to project down the road. LED will be worse! Do not get suckered in by the claims.
FYI congrats on the rare low mileage find. Be sure to get all the fluids changed including the transmission and if all wheel drive the differential and transfer case. A Toyota dealer can work on it for less than Lexus as it is a Highlander under the hood.

I believe OP is looking at options like this one (3rd gen to 4th gen front end). @kentaur is the only member that's posted about their front-end conversion, and graciously took pictures of overall fitment/modifications to get the job done in the link below.

It seems like a popular option overseas (Russia, Asia, and Africa), but I haven't seen anything state-side and am not willing to bite the bullet on a $1,000 kit. There's someone on the Facebook group from Canada who is doing a front-end swap on their pre facelift 3rd gen ('10-'12) to a facelifted 3rd gen ('13-'15), with some DIY brackets + bumper cover + grille + headlights, but I believe they're still on vacation and haven't tackled the project yet (they said March/early April).
Congratulations on the low mileage RX350, but as Clutchless said, you should still do a fluid flush and full inspection of suspension components and engine bay for brittle plastics and hoses given its age.

First thing I did on my low mileage time capsule is change almost all the fluids . Engine oil , transfer case , gear box , brake fluid , differentials are still waiting to be delivered and changed . Also mounting new tires , because even though originals still look good they are probably hard as a rock .
it's my little project for now .
