Here are the stock front and rear strut mounts for 2010 Lexus RX350:



??? Cant find a consistent picture or the rear strut/shock mounts for the back ???

Here is a shot of a lift kit design for Honda Ridgeline/Element front and rear struts. Notice the mounts look almost identical:

The only way to find out is to buy the parts and see if they fit the stock mounts. I have a hunch that the spacers will fit and all I will need is longer front sway bar end links. Which probably could be sourced from another Toyota model i.e. Sienna or Highlander. Not worried about increased rolling over risk or wheel alignment. These are minor issue for me. Looking forward to moving up to a 255/70/18's once I get the needed lift. Currently at 245/65 with no issue
