lost main key on 2010 rx350

my daughter has lost the main fob and is currently using the 2nd key.

What is the best solution to replacing the main fob key assy?

I believe that your daughter would need to go to an Lexus dealership or use a certified locksmith that can retrieve the key code(or pin) with an scan tool to program a new main key-fob.

We've found that local locksmith with scantool was able to provide 2 new fobs with warranty for about half price of dealership.
