I don't think the vehicle came with a smart card key. Only 2 smart keys were provided. Keep in mind Lexus/Toyota has different supply-chain/delership [business setup] as they market around the world. So what they sold with the vehicle can be different in South East Asia market. Hopefully you have owners manual. If yes, it will cover what came and did not come with new vehicle.

My understanding from having many Toyota & Lexus vehicles in the past and for having these added to my older Lexus vehicles which didn't come with these wallet keys successfully is that it 100% cna be added. I believe the correct Key Card for the 3rd Gen RX350/450h is the one with FCCID: HYQ14AEB
