Transfer Case Oily Bolt
Maybe the start of a bad axle seal that is flowing/weeping oil down over that bolt.
Just a guess from the image provided and location of the bolt.
If it is an bad axle seal then you will need to replace that seal to correct the leak issue.

Clean it and go couple of inches above if you can. Then dry it out.
Leave the vehicle parked and check the next morning.
Put powder if the trace is harder to find.
Once you know the source then work on the remedy. At times you may have to consider the cost of repair and potentially put the repair of till it changes from bothersome to must fix.

Maybe that's not the original plug? I thought it is supposed to have a dimple in the middle. Either way why not replace it and the gasket, I've had these plugs leak although I couldn't see anything wrong with them. Replacing both fixed it.
This bolt rests against the axle shaft bearing, preventing the axle shaft from moving. There's also a retaining ring between the transfer case and the axle shaft. The oil leak is most likely coming from the axle shaft seal.
