I think one kit will be enough for your 2 seats even if you paint the entire seat on each. Or buy an extra bottle of paint in addition to the kit. You can buy extra foam brushes at Home Depot or Lowes.
You must use an old toothbrush to clean out the leather cracks after spraying them with some cleaner. That should get them clean enough to paint over them.
The kit does include some paste that is used to fill the large cracks. The instructions explain how to use it. Don't ask me as it has been too long since I did it.
