I took mine off 6 years ago and have just a few stone chips and you have to get real close to see them. Mine is UW as well

 

Of course I can't find the thread right now, but while I was browsing through some very old threads last week I found a topic about this. Someone had posted a before and after picture of their UW car. They used swabs and a little alcohol to clean around the edges of the pieces on the doors. Took all that black stuff right off. I'm not sure about the pieces on your door seam though. That looks pretty badly discolored.

 

I have a similar problem with a line of clear bra. I've researched the issue and found a couple of recommendations, one of which was this 3m cleaner

I purchased and have in my garage but haven't washed my car yet since pollen is still falling like crazy in my area.

Once it stops and I do my spring wash I'll give it a try. If it works well will report back.

 

Looks like lost it clarity but around the edge i use alcohol with swap to clean the dirt and you can try to polish the film itself. But the one on the rear looks it better to replace it easier. Those ppt with edge showing will always need good alcohol cleaning.
