2010 RX350. Passenger side, bottom of the car is a plastic panel. I think of the clips is loose and it's making a slight clanking noise. Are there any manuals/videos on how to reattach it?
Can it be removed without downsides? The car is located in FL, if it makes a difference.

 

Probably a clip and /or a screw that broke or came out. You'll need to figure out what is missing and replace it or reinsert it. Use the other side to compare.

 

Bought a bag of Lexus replacement clips for cheap.
I believe the lower panel is to help with gas mileage.
