Exclamation Roofrack cover off RX350

I have my roofrack plastic cover for my 2010 lexus rx350; On the passenger side come off, temporarily I have put that back and thinking it would come off again or may be fall off and want to avoid that. 1. Is there anyways I can stick it with a glue or something?
2. Is it something that I am doing incorrectly to put the roof rack plastic back?

Thank you in advance.

There are latches inside the cover on both sides. It should just snap into place. Check and see if there's any damage to those latches, if so then you may want to replace.

The end of this vid shows how to put it back.

They snap into place and with time and use [or both] they can loose the snap and in some cases the tabs break off too. They need to be removed when you want to add/remove the cross bars as they hide the fasteners for the end piece. I would not suggest gluing them in place. Replacement runs about $50 or so.
