Iphone Contacts transfer

I cant get my 2014 RX350 to receive my Iphone contacts. Keeps saysing "Failed Transfer;" Any ideas?
Also tried usb cord to aux.

Have you tried deleting your phone and adding it back in?

I actually got it to download my contacts somehow. Cant remember how I did it but it did.
