Hello, how long does Lexus.com retain service records? I recently purchased a used 2010 RX350 with low miles and immaculate service record that I was able to verify via Lexus website. Much more detail than the Carfax report. When checked today it said "service record not available". Have I missed my window? Kicking myself now for not making a copy.

 

Try searching there a few more times as there have been problems with the site. You may even have to try again next week to get it to hopefully work again.
Others had this issue and complained, which prompted other members with equally old vehicles to state that they were able to recently access their service history.
I just think the Lexus web site is not nearly as reliable as a Lexus.

yeah first it was option packages for me and now it's service history. Don't really have the energy to reach out to customer service @ lexus. But it does suck.
