Service History on CPO
I've bought a CPO with 29k miles. I'm not sure if the 30k service has been done or not. Carfax shows 25k service being completed before car was certified. Anywhere to confirm 30k service was completed? Also, what type of loaner cars did you guys get?

if you create an account at http://owners.lexus.com and type in your vin, you should be able to see the maintenance under service history

Its not showing there. Maybe I should call the dealership and ask? It would be annoying to use one of my complementary maintenance after driving the car less than 500 miles.

Maybe someone here can help him register his RX on the website? Once you get signed in it will tell you all Lexus dealer service history on your car.

Join? Enter the vehicle VIN? Those are the steps needed to see the service history. However, I have seen that some dealers are slow to enter the data. Certainly the selling dealer should and should have provided that to you.

Thank you guys for the information about obtaining my service history.
I have just created an account with Lexus.com and it have provided a detailed history of my 2011 RX350 all the way up to the 62k mile oil change just before I bought it.
I guess I wasted my money changing the oil when I first got it, oh well better safe than sorry I suppose.
It looks my RX previous owner did perform all the services and was a bit picky about items not feeling right like the rear shocks which where replace at 57k miles due his returning complaints, my kind of owner.

I think the new owner just registers and enters the VIN. It appears to not be that picky. I have entered the VIN numbers of cars I was considering purchasing just to see the service history.

I got the service history and it shows the following:
30k service - customer refused- customer pay
But shows a bunch of stuff done around that same mileage to make the car CPO including brakes, tires, etc. Does this mean the 30k service has been done?

Maybe the prior owner refused the 30k service but then traded it and the dealer had to essentially do it for the CPO. Not that much is done for 30k, change oil, filters, maybe change brake fluid, inspect a bunch of stuff.
I would call the dealer and speak to someone in the service department. Explain your situation and that you are just trying to learn the history. They should be able to clarify what happened.

No, I don't play soccer!
30K is considered major service. Those are basically every 15K. Take out the maintenance manual and maybe ask the SA to go over it in detail. Clutchless brings up a good point. Maybe the previous owner declined knowing they were trading in.

Other than replacing brake fluid and oil/filter change at 30k there's nothing big in the 30k service interval. Mostly inspection of items that take total 30 minutes tops and charge you several $100s of dollars.
Air filters, cabin air filters, measuring tire wear and checks, measuring and inspecting brake linings, etc should have been addressed as part of the CPO process checklist.
If they didn't provide a copy of the completed CPO checklist ask them for it. They are required to give you a copy.
Below is the 30k service procedure
