Hello all. I have searched and searched for an answer. My RX’s gauge cluster, intermittently, will go bonkers. RPM gauge will flutter, ABS light will blink, traction controls warning will blink and at times the A/C compressor Will not cool.

Could this be an ECU/ECM issue?

Any and help help is greatly appreciated

Start by testing your battery and the charging system. A weak battery can cause strange problems.

 

Thank you. The battery is an interstate battery I replaced and only a year old. I have not check the charging system.

 

When did this strange behavior start? I am trying to jog your memory as to some event that triggered the current behavior.

Keep in mind that any battery can fail at any time. Check your battery voltage both with the engine off and with the engine running.
