my 92 lexus SC400 speedsensor does not work, anyone please help, where do i get the part to replace and how to replace it.

 

it seems like this is becoming a problem lately. just worn out/aged parts. have you tried just slapping your dash on top of your cluster? that usually does the trick haha

when i got my ecu rebuilt i never had the speedo get stuck on me ever again. used to be a myth that it was bad capacitors in the cluster but apparently thats been put to shame and proven wrong as far as i have READ!

 

Capacitors are digital SOARER clusters, and only for their light, not functionality. The USDM motors just kill over at some point, sometimes the board..... never easy to fix, always requires a second working cluster and your fingers crossed it isn't the board.
