Hitch-mounted cargo rack?
I’m thinking about getting a hitch-mounted cargo rack. Any thoughts about which to get and why? Some are 4’ wide, some 5’. There’s an apparently-decent one from Harbor Freight for $60 and then you can spend $200+ from the likes of Curt (whose hitch I got thanks to a thread here).
I bought one for my RX. I have a standard 2" receiver on my RX.
I had several requirements. I wanted aluminum so it would rust less (some parts are still steel), I wanted one that could fold. The one I bought also came with a screw-in type of hitch pin that reduces rattle.
I bought this one:

I know what is "hitch" and what is "cargo rack", but not "hitch mounted cargo rack"
Hitch: Device to pull a trailer [different ball sizes and height]. May require electrical connection to wire up tot he trailer lights. Some bike racks can be attached to the hitch and since that os not a trailer ... not electrical connection is needed.
Cargo rack: Fixture on the roof to which things can be tethered. Weight limit and huge wind resistance. Also care is needed to move cargo above and taking it down. A little mishap can cause body damage.
