What other fluids needs attention?
I was thinking apart from Transmission fluid, what other fluids require check and attention. I am more relating to Transmission/AWD system only fluid. I am not sure when the previous owner had changed those and just wanted to make sure that is done.So far I have below:
1. Transmission Oil
2. Transaxle Fluid (Not sure what it is or if this has to be changed as well
If there are any other that I am missing, I would really appreciate your feedback.

Transfer case (which is sort of to the rear of the transmission at the front end of the drive shaft) and the rear differential both need fluid changes but infrequently. There are threads here about it and it may even be in the sticky section. However, the Toyota Nation forum for the 2008-2013 Highlander has an excellent thread on it and that vehicle is almost exactly the same mechanically (the rear suspension is different) and we don't have a skid plate. Also see youtube as there are many videos for all this stuff under both the RX350 and the Toyota Highlander, or Sienna (another almost twin)
Always loosen the fill plug first. You don't want to drain it only to learn you can't get the fill plug loose to fill it back up!

Brake fluid should be changed every few years as it absorbs water which leads to internal corrosion of expensive brake control components. Almost any repair shop can do it for under $150 or even less. Or do it yourself if you know how and have the equipment. A one man brake vaccuum bleeder makes it much easier.
Coolant is good for 100,000 miles or 10 years per Toyota.

Thank you Clutchless for your feedback, I was thinking to have it changed by the mechanic with original oil and fluid for Transmission and Differntial. So what I have understood, its just Trans and 2 Differential fluid that needs to be replaced right?
1. Transfer case (not sure what you meant with term "trans" as it could be transfer unit or transmission)
2. Rear differential.
3. Transmission as the front differential is incorporated into the transmission, so it is using transmission fluid that is shared with the transmission, that is why it is called a transaxle, I think.
