Default A/C not working 2011 RX350

Just tried my A/C today for first warm day and no cold air. Dose not seem compressor is engaging. fan blows car engine temp normal. Maybe a relay is bad?

Could be a refrigerant leak. Could be the flow sensor on top of the compressor needs the infamous magnet trick. Could be a failed compressor. Pull the OBDII codes using a scan tool that can read the B codes and report them here for further assistance.

RX in NC called it. You can now replace just the ac flow sensor, yt explains it (other peeps stick magnets on it or an op amp circuit):
